Christina Rosso

Christina Rosso is a yoga instructor, holistic nutritionist and bio-energetic practitioner currently traveling the world. She often goes by her spiritual name, Kalyani, given to her by her guru. After completing her Yoga Teacher Training 200hr in India, she has become passionate about spreading awareness of proper alignment in yoga in order to minimize yoga injuries and maximize asana benefits. Christina recently completed further specialized training in Yin Yoga with Master Teacher, Bernie Clark. This training has opened her eyes to the anatomical differences of individuals and given her the necessary tools to modify asanas to suit a student's direct needs.

Christina's goal is to inspire the world to start their own yoga journey and to educate those who have already begun. She specializes in Yin, Hatha and Aerial Yoga, and understands the importance that multiple styles of yoga have in her own life. She also holds that the foundation of health begins with homeostasis and energetic balance of mind, body and spirit, which is achieved through proper nutrition, lifestyle choices and stress management techniques. Christina believes that with the proper guidance we can all achieve optimal health.
