Izzy Arcoleo

Izzy Arcoleo started teaching yoga and meditation in London in 2012, inspired by the power of her practice to improve her physical and mental health and support creativity. In 2018 she moved to France with her partner and young daughter to set up a centre for arts, meditation and yoga.

She is a full time freelance writer and continues to teach workshops and retreats. Her own yoga practice is woven into both her teaching and her writing, and her background in anthropology provides a philosophical perspective on movement, meditation, and being a human in the world.
