Jade is a yoga teacher, writer and adventurer on a mission to share the happiness yoga has brought to her life. With more than 500 hours of Yoga Alliance training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Forrest Yoga, Jade teaches classes that are strengthening, intelligent, dynamic and fun.

The interplay between yoga practice on the mat and life off the mat is what keeps Jade fired up about yoga. She’s curious about the ways that yoga can help people to find greater peace, self-acceptance and joy in the rest of their lives.

Jade is also the co-founder of Yoga Let Loose, a group that organizes events, workshops and retreats. Yoga Let Loose events are focused around yoga, but add in travel, adventure and fun.

When she is not teaching or practicing yoga, Jade works in education and digital marketing, and writes freelance for websites like Yogapedia. She is currently based at Suryalila Retreat Centre in Andalusia, Spain.
