Naomi is known as the original chick who brought Bikram Hot Yoga to Brighton & Hove over a decade ago. After introducing pure method Bikram Hot Yoga to over 10,000 Brightonians and training up the teachers who now run the multitude of hot and Bikram studios around Brighton & Hove, she sold her infamous ‘Old Perfume Factory’ behind Hove Train Station – and added to her experience training in Yoga Therapy, Hot Flow and Yoga Nidra at The Life Centre.
