Yoga is a great tool for self-inquiry and as an instructor, Candace encourages students to turn inward during their practice to experience a meditation in motion and be an observer of their bodies and minds. That being said, she creates classes with playful sequencing, and approaches the class with a sense of honesty, and humor. She caters to the physical needs of the students while making sure to deliver a practice that intends to unify the mind, body, and soul.
